Back by popular demand, following the success of the Autumn series of coaching sessions last year, these short coaching sessions are starting again in the new season. Each one is covering a specific topic of sailing and are intended for sailors competent to race at club level but want to develop their skills and get some pointers and personal help in covering those dodgy areas. The sessions will also be of interest and benefit to sailors of all levels. There is no need to book, just come along and join in.
This is a really good opportunity for Shustoke sailors to get some FREE coaching to brush up any areas of weakness that will help with racing. The programme is being organised by Jane Scott-Davies so please contact her with any questions (details below).

Double Handed boats
TBC – Saturday 17.6.2017 @ 9.30am
Boats to be rigged on the slipway before 9.30 a.m. The theory session starts at 9.30 a.m. followed by a practical session on the water. Then 12.30 p.m. finish for lunch followed by afternoon racing.
